Stacey Kubala, Executive Director

Stacey KubalaStacey has been employed in various senior management positions at Southwinds since 1984, most recently as Executive Director since 1996. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.




Ellen Lustic, Residential Services Director

Southwinds' Residential Services Director, Ellen LusticEllen began working in a Direct Care Position for Southwinds, Inc. in April of 1985 after attending Allegheny Community College majoring in Nursing/ Life Sciences. She worked in various Direct Care positions before taking her first management job in June of 1988 and held various management level positions before obtaining her most recent position of Residential Services Director in January of 1995.



Joy Weber, Fiscal Director

Joy joined the Southwinds team in 2015, bringing with her nearly fifteen years of experience with nonprofit and for-profit finance.  Joy holds a degree in Accounting from Duquesne University.





Carol Harrison, Client Services Director

Southwinds' Client Services Director, Carol HarrisonCarol has been employed at Southwinds since 1984 and has held a variety of positions – beginning with direct care to supervisory. She has been the Client Services Director for the past 15 years. In addition to Client Services, she is also a Certified Person Centered Thinking trainer and currently teaches at CCAC several times per year. Carol is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan with a major in Special Education and Elementary Education.


Lori LaBarbera, Human Resources Director

Southwinds' Human Resources Director, Lori LaBarberaLori graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology. She worked in various management and supervisory positions at Southwinds from 1985 through 1995. Lori returned to Southwinds in 2009 as Director of Human Resources.
